In veterinary medicine, supportive products are used alongside many diseases and treatments.

All official regulations regarding the medications that veterinarians use during treatment are implemented under the Regulation on Veterinary Medicinal Products.

People have been using herbal remedies to treat various illnesses since ancient times. Today, herbal products are used as complementary therapies in medical treatments. Complementary therapies are also used to ensure the success of treatment for illnesses in animals.

What Should You Consider When Choosing a Supportive Product?

The animal's species and gender

Not every product is suitable for every animal

Type of illness

The same product is not used for every illness

The animal's special needs

for example vitamin supplements, boosting immunity, reducing stress

Product contents

It should be natural and reliable

How Long Can It Be Used?
Supportive products are generally used throughout the course of treatment.
• Treatment begins at the start.
• Depending on the veterinarian’s recommendation, treatment may be discontinued once it is completed, or it may be continued for a while longer.
• You should not change the dose or duration on your own; this medication must be used under a veterinarian’s supervision.

When choosing products like these, you should always consult someone knowledgeable in the field—preferably your veterinarian.

Every animal’s age, weight, species, and health condition are different; therefore, choosing the right product and the correct dosage is important.

In addition, choosing products from high-quality and reliable brands is crucial for both effectiveness and safety. Cheap products with unclear ingredient information may do more harm than good.

Remember, supportive products are most effective when used in conjunction with an accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment, and veterinary supervision.
